The Parish Baptism team is a group of people who assist the priest in the preparation of parents for their child’s baptism and also during the ceremony of Baptism. A member of the team visits the families to invite them to a pre-Baptism meeting and to inform them of times and venue. During the Baptism ceremony this member welcomes the newly baptised into the Christian community on behalf of all the parish member.
